Reservations:

Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. In case of short notice, full payment must be made immediately. Reservations will be cancelled after 5 days if no proof of payment (50% Deposit) is received. By submitting an online reservation, you warrant that you agree to the terms above.

Child Policy:

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS.

Cancellation charges:

25% of full amount 4 weeks prior to arrival

50% of full amount 3 weeks prior to arrival

75% of full amount 2 weeks prior to arrival

100% of full amount less than 2 weeks prior to arrival

About payments:

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

The account remains the responsibility of the guest.

No bookings are guaranteed until reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit.

Online bookings are subject to an email confirmation.

Payment can be made by cash or internet transfer.

Online payments will be handled with respect to the privacy of your email.

Responsibility:

Your host will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings, cash, jewellery or vehicles during your stay at Bar-t-Nique. We will not be responsible or accept any liability, or issue any refunds, for occurrences resulting in occupancy or personal injuries caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as fire, faults in electrical or plumbing installations, invasion of pests or exceeding weather conditions. You are responsible for your own safety and well being while in the apartment. Liability will not be accepted by us to any injuries sustained on our premises to you, your guests or any children.
